Senior (2013)
Christine (Nac) is our lone senior this year, and she has a huge embrace of her team that makes our program better. “Nac” keeps diversifying her game, and works to be an impact wherever she is. Her presence on the court has matured nicely over four years, and she will be a great help to the younger players on the court. “Nac” did some coaching this summer, and has shown she is ready to be big and bold her senior season!

Junior (2012)
Christine could be a key player in our offense and defense. With her big blocks and smart hits on the right-side, she will be a threat to any defender. Last year, she was known as our most consistent hitter with little error, and she has continued to progress with her hitting percentage and volleyball IQ. Nac has been busy training and competing for the college Softball team, but she still may be able to help her team as a primary passer and viable defender in the fall. We look forward to an increased presence on the team as an upperclassman. 

Sophomore (2011) 
This year Christine will be a force to be reckoned with for opponents. As a go-getter with a year of collegiate experience under her, Christine looks to terminate the ball more this season, which shouldn’t be a problem for a leftie of her strength on the right side. In the spring season she worked to round out her skills by increasing the speed of her serve and the accuracy of her passing in the back row. The team is excited for the promise of this young player’s dedication.  

Freshman (2010)
Christine brings a competitive fire with her to Principia. Her work ethic combined with a great love of the game will make her valuable from the get-go. Christine is a leftie with lots of  right side playing experience, but we look forward to moving her around the court.The sky is the limit with this one due to a huge inner drive.

Nickname: Nac

When did you start playing this sport and why?
Back in elementary school…I saw some kids playing at the YMCA and they looked like they were having so much fun! So I signed up for a class and I’ve been playing ever since!

What do you love the most about playing this sport?
I just love the energy on the court when someone on our team gets a big time kill!
