Senior (2019)
Co-captain Devon Marunde is in her 4^th year of running the Panther offense, and her leadership is positive and fun! Devon is super quick and can deliver to the hitters from anywhere on the court. Devon is nothing but positive energy and she gets the best out of her teammates as she models the way with a tremendous work ethic. She loves the Beach season, but is looking forward to one more year as the quarterback.

Junior (2018)
What a year Devon had last year – two player of the week honors, as well as an All-Conference pick, and then a stellar beach season in the spring. Devon was diligent with strength work her sophomore year, and it really started to show during Beach season. Spring indoor season proved Devon’s growth as the quarterback, in the breadth of her offense and her ability to lead the hitters! This should be fun.

Sophomore (2017)
After a wonderful Beach season, Devon is more of an offensive threat, is a stronger defender, and has matured as a competitor. Devon will return to the quarterback position this fall, and we expect she is ready to get the most out of the Panther offense.

Freshman (2016)
Devon comes to us as an accomplished high school and Club setter and right side hitter. Devon is on the small side, but has nice ups and can put up a consistently effective block. She has a great IQ of the game, and runs the offense with confidence. Devon’s backcourt defense is gritty as well. We are ready to see what Devon has to offer as a potential QB!
 

1.) When did you start playing volleyball and why?
I started playing volleyball in 5th grade just to meet new people. 

2.) What do you love most about playing volleyball?
I love playing volleyball because of the team atmosphere. knowing you have the strong support system constantly behind makes playing so fun. Also the energy at volleyball games are electric and unforgettable.
