The Panthers pulled out a pivotal game one win of a three game series on the road in Eureka. Sophomore pitcher
Samuel Thomas picked up his fifth win of the season on the mound. Thomas went the distance, while striking out 11 Red Devil batters.
Thomas also did the job with his bat, going 3 for 4 with 3 RBI's and 2 doubles.
Jeff Strickland and
Isaac Swiderski also clutched up at the plate, each recording 2 hits and a multiple RBI game.
Tomorrow the Panthers will battle again with the Eureka Red Devils in a doubleheader. First pitch will be thrown at 12 noon.
