Saint Louis, Mo—The Principia women's tennis team stepped onto the courts with a top ten team and competed well but needed more consistency and control. It was a good warm up for the conference tournament which starts this Friday. The players were able to practice their strokes and ball movement against players of a higher caliber. Although the match scores are lopsided in the opponents favor, the Principia players made progress in their consistency and their movement around the court. Complete match scores are below.
The women's team play this Friday at 2 PM in the conference semi-finals. The match is scheduled to be played at the Principia Upper School. Come out and support the team!
