Playing in their SLIAC opener in front of an energetic home crowd, Principia volleyball moved to 3-0 with a straight set victory over Spalding University. Principia shot out of the gate with pinpoint serving by
Sophia Hathaway to grab a 6-0 lead. Prin stayed in control to take game one 25-17. Game two was efficient and effective as the Panthers put down 16 kills of 30 swings to take game two 25-15.
Emily Tippetts was on fire in game three killing 8 /9 balls, and the Panthers took the win 25-12.
