St. Louis, MO. – The Women's Basketball team traveled to Webster University to play their varsity team. It was a tough night for the Panthers as they lost 31 -98. Webster led right away scoring 30 points in the first quarter. The Panthers had a hard time with Webster's press and unfortunately had 31 turnovers for the night.
A Look into the Box Score:
Webster shot 54% for the game, including nine 3 pt. shots. The Panthers continue to struggle with their shooting percentage, only shooting 23 % from the field. Principia did shoot well from the free throw line, shooting 11 for 14.
Good to know:
Nikki Matters was the high scorer once again for the Panthers with 17 points, while Libby Lewis led the team in rebounds with 6.
