Game Recap: Women's Basketball |

Women's Basketball falls to St. Louis College of Pharmacy Eutectics

St. Louis, MO. – The Women's Basketball team traveled to St. Louis College of Pharmacy for their second game of the season.  The Panthers didn't play their best as turnovers and low shooting percentage plagued the team.  College of Pharmacy shot 50% from the three point line, which would be a tough battle for any team to defend.  Good plays happened including solid drives to the basket, a few offensive charges and good rebounding.  The team shot 76% from the free throw line..

Good to Know:
Sabrina Netherwood had a positive impact on the game by going 5 for 6 from the free throw line and contributed quality minutes on offense and defense. Sophia Hathaway was the high scorer for the Panthers with 15 points and was 4 for 5 from the line. She was also the high rebounder with 10 total rebounds.

They said it:
"While the team did some good things tonight, the players need to do a better job taking care of the ball and moving on defense.  The team never gave up and we will continue to get better due to the players' great attitudes.  I look forward to seeing this improvement in upcoming games."
