ELSAH, IL - The Principia Women's Tennis team hosted Division II Truman State University for a dual match on Friday afternoon. The Panthers were down two regular players due to an injury and a school conflict.
Camila Gomez won both her #1 singles and #1 doubles match (joined by
Veronica Volkart, who stepped up for our injured #2). However, Principa dropped the rest of the matches to a strong Truman State team, losing 7-2. The Panthers are demonstrating resilience as they prepare for each match and also within the match they are staying with their committed game plans.
