Diego de Manuel Romero, who was named SLIAC Men's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week for the week of October 14-20!
Romero's natural hat trick in just 13 minutes on Thursday vs MUW propelled Principia to a dominant 9-3 win, followed by a big 3-2 triumph over Spalding on Saturday. His strong midfield play helped lead to a lot of offense for the Panthers as he was on the field for 9 of the team's 12 goals on the week. The Spaniard has found his scoring touch in conference play as he is now up to 5 goals against SLIAC competition.
The Panthers head to Lyon College in Arkansas next Saturday for their next conference showdown.
