Ramiro Dominguez

Ramiro has been running the Players First Basketball Organization for 32 years. Their 16U and 17U teams won National Championships at AAU, Hardwood, BCI, Real Deal on the Hill and 258+ other tournament championships. He has also been a National Shooting Coach and has held camps in 47 states in the last 28 years. He is the Director of Operations for NEXT Camp and EGT Live.

He led the Principia Women's Basketball team to the 2025 NCAA Tournament by winning the program's first SLIAC Championship. He was named 2025 Division III Women's Coach of the Year by the Illinois Basketball Coaches Association, and previously won SLIAC Coach of the Year in 2023.

Ramiro is a father of 2 and husband to Cynthia for 6 years. He is a devoted student and teacher of the game of basketball. It has been his complete life's passion and obsession.
